Audubon Society of Greater Denver – Field Trip
June 16 @ 8:00 am - 11:00 am
One of the more difficult aspects of birding is learning bird sounds. Luckily you don’t have to rely on just your auditory memory to “tune-in” to the songs and calls of birds. Learn bird sounds using fun and creative memory techniques as we take an easy walk up Waterton Canyon to listen to birds. We’ll hope to hear and see Lazuli Buntings, Blue Grosbeak, Canyon Wren, Gray Catbird, Yellow-breasted Chat, and much more.
This trip has a limit of 15 people. To sign up, call Audubon Society of Greater Denver at the number below. Meet at the ASGD Nature Center parking lot. Bring binoculars, water, and snacks.
Registration required. Please call (303) 973-9530 to sign up. Space limited.
